Wayne County motorists should expect delays beginning next week as a road improvement project gets underway on KY 90.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says pavement rehabilitation work is scheduled to begin Monday, July 20, on KY 90 between the Otter Creek Bridge and the Clinton County line.
Drivers should expect lane closures throughout the duration of the project and are urged to watch for highway signs, be prepared to stop, and allow extra travel time while crews are working in the area.
Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by September 4th. Officials are asking motorists to use caution and slow down in work zones to help keep both highway workers and the traveling public safe.
