Phyllis Diane York, 79, of Russell Springs, passed away Monday, February 9th, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY.

A memorial service will be held Saturday March 14, 2026 1:00 PM at the Faith Temple Full Gospel Church.

Friends may visit after 11:00 AM at the church until time of service at 1:00 PM.
