A Jamestown man was arrested by Kentucky State Police yesterday.
57-year-old Perry R. Duff was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with strangulation second degree – domestic violence, and assault fourth degree – minor injury.
Duff was arrested by Trooper Lucas Justice with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 5:15 yesterday afternoon.
