According to jail records, Jimmy Weston, age 37, was arrested by Officer Pritchard with the department and charged with Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance Excludes Alcohol.
Weston was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 3:00 pm Tuesday.
