A Russell County grand jury handed up indictments against 28 individuals last week.
Those indicted include the following:
Regena Roy, age 45, of Russell Springs, charged with manslaughter second degree and abuse or neglect of an adult.
Peyton Alley, age 21, and Chandler Mann, age 21, both of Russell Springs, charged with criminal abuse second degree – child under 12 years old.
Johnathan Richard, age 25, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence – 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, disregarding a stop sign, failure to or improper signal, no registration plates, no insurance, no license in possession, and no registration receipt.
Brooke A. Foster, age 29, of Albany, charged with possession of methamphetamine, illegal possession of a legend drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nathan Orr, age 40, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and no license in possession.
Johnathan Passmore, age 31, of Russell Springs, charged with fleeing or evading police – third degree.
Shantale Kimbler, age 28, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence.
Virginia New, age 40, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and illegal possession of a legend drug.
Charles E. Gillmore, age 48, and Amanda Michelle Rosengrant, age 46, both of Somerset, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in cocaine, possession of oxycodone, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender. Rosengrant was also charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
Ashley Denny, age 44, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of a controlled substance not in the proper container, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lee E. Chumbley, age 54, of Columbia, charged with possession of methamphetamine – second offense.
Nicholas Franklin, age 45, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal trespassing third degree, and terroristic threatening third degree.
Almon Warner, age 39, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nicholas Bray, age 33, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine – second offense, driving under the influence, illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of a controlled substance not in the proper container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding 25 mph or more over the limit.
Rebecca O. Poore, age 46, of Russell Springs, charged with four counts of wanton endangerment first degree. The indictment states she allegedly pointed a loaded gun at four people.
Paul T. O’Neal, age 41, of Columbia, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Luis Felix, age 31, of Russell Springs, charged with robbery second degree, burglary second degree, and theft by unlawful taking $500 or more.
Rigoberto Gomez, age 23, of Russell Springs, charged with tampering with physical evidence, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief second degree, no operator’s license, and no insurance.
Jennifer Young, age 40, of Russell Springs, charged with cultivating marijuana – 5 plants or more, trafficking in marijuana – 8 ounces to 5 pounds, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Anthony Creech, age 37, of Russell Springs, charged with theft of an automobile and persistent felony offender.
Billy C. Bailey, age 47, of Somerset, charged with possession of methamphetamine, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance not in the proper container, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Fylliph Benjamin, age 44, of Lebanon, charged with bail jumping first degree and persistent felony offender.
David W. Campbell, age 62, of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree.
Gary T. Elliott, age 58, of Somerset, charged with bail jumping first degree.
Karis D. Gallagher, age 32, of Russell Springs, charged with theft by deception – $1,000 or more.
Rigoberto Lopez, age 35, of Russell Springs, charged with criminal mischief first degree.
Michael J. Pond, age 45, of Eubank, charged with burglary third degree, theft by unlawful taking $500 or more, criminal mischief second degree, and persistent felony offender.
Dwayne Padgett, age 41, of Russell Springs, charged with flagrant nonsupport.
