Two new candidates have filed paperwork to be on the ballot in the upcoming primary election.
Eli Volunteer Fire Department Chief Marty Kazsuk has filed to run for Magistrate in District 3. He will challenge incumbent Magistrate Zach Wilson in the May primary.
Brian Kemp has filed to run for Constable in District 1. He will challenge Keith Scholl in the May primary.
The deadline to file for office is January 9. We’ll announce candidate filings as they are made available.
