A Russell Springs man was arrested Saturday night after allegedly attempting to flee from police.
57-year-old Charles Curnutte was arrested and charged with fleeing or evading police first degree – motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and other traffic violations.
Curnutte was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 8:15 Saturday night.
