Russell Springs man arrested on drug, weapon charges over the weekend

A Russell Springs man was arrested on drug and weapon charges over the weekend.

Russell Springs Police arrested 45-year-old Harlan Patrick Bivins Friday night. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine – second offense, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Bivins was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 7:30 Friday night.
