The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office said 48-year-old Gary Flannery was indicted and subsequently arrested by the McKee Police Department in Jackson County.
The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office said the incident occurred on November 30, 2023 just after 12:30 in the afternoon. They say a Clinton County EMS vehicle was struck by gunfire, later determined to be from a shotgun.
