Russell County man arrested in Adair County

A Russell County man was arrested in Adair County yesterday.

19-year-old Derrick Roshaun Ritter was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, shoplifting, speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the limit, reckless driving, and other traffic charges.

Ritter was arrested by Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just before 10:00 yesterday morning.
