Big plans are in store for the new agritech training center being built called the SEED Academy. A groundbreaking ceremony for the academy was held Friday afternoon.
Russell County Schools Superintendent Michael Ford said the new facility will make a major impact locally, across the region, and across the state.
Ford also said he’s thankful for the work of the Russell County Industrial Development Authority and state legislature on the project.
The SEED Academy will be located on French Valley Road.
