The Russell County Fiscal Court will meet this morning with several items on the agenda, including a second reading and vote on the budget for next fiscal year. The fiscal court will meet at 10 a.m. in the courtroom of the old courthouse. There will also be a public hearing at 9:50 regarding the use of county road funds and for local government economic assistance.
Both are open to the public. We’ll have more on local news following the meeting.
