The Laker Baseball team dropped a close one to Somerset last night by a score of 3-1.
Ayden McGowan and Owen Loy each finished with 2 hits on the night. Ben Kemp drove in the lone run for Russell County.
The Lady Laker Softball team also dropped a close one last night, falling 6-4 to Cumberland County.
Addison Hart, Jaylee Roy, and Miley Rankins each finished with 2 hits on the night. Roy drove in a pair of runs for the Lady Lakers.
The Lakers are scheduled to return to action tonight, hosting Southwestern at 5:30.
The Lady Lakers are back in action Monday, hosting Monroe County.
