A Pulaski County man was arrested Tuesday evening as part of a child sexual abuse material investigation.
Kentucky State Police arrested 44-year-old Ricky Bumgardner was arrested and charged with three counts of promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance. Bumgardner was also charged with 20 counts of possessing matter portraying a minor under the age of 12 in a sexual performance.
Bumgardner was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing by Kentucky State Police.
