15 individuals were indicted by a Russell County grand jury yesterday.
Those indicted included the following individuals:
Zachary Grider, age 33, of Russell Springs, charged with unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual activities.
Joshua Voils, age 24, of Russell Springs, charged with unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual activities.
Jacqueline Sandusky, age 36, of Russell Springs, charged with driving under the influence third offense, fleeing or evading police first degree, fleeing or evading police third degree, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree, and traffic violations.
Landon A. Sanford, age 21, of Columbia, charged with burglary second degree, criminal mischief third degree, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Daniel P. Roberts, age 47, of Russell Springs, charged with driving under the influence first offense, trafficking in fentanyl, and trafficking in methamphetamine. Roberts faces additional charges of trafficking in fentanyl and tampering with physical evidence in a separate indictment.
Krystal R. Gabbard, age 38, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and tampering with physical evidence.
Rodney K. Holmes, age 49, of Russell Springs, charged with fleeing or evading police second degree, assault third degree, and resisting arrest.
Travis D. Peterson, age 49, of Russell Springs, charged with fleeing or evading police second degree and being a persistent felony offender.
Jimmy L. Jackson, Jr., age 41, of Russell Springs, charged with intimidating a participant in a legal process and criminal trespassing third degree. Jackson also faces two counts of wanton endangerment first degree and leaving the scene of an accident.
Ronnie D. Lawless, age 68, of Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and alcohol intoxication.
David C. Mann, age 41, of Jamestown, charged with burglary second degree, robbery first degree, assault second degree, wanton endangerment first degree, cruelty to animals second degree, terroristic threatening third degree, and being a persistent felony offender.
Dennis McWhorter, age 61, of Jamestown, charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and being a persistent felony offender.
Tristan C. Hansford, age 28, of Bronston, charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of a controlled substance third degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
Shaun A. Johnson, age 68, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
Randy York, age 55, of Russell Springs, charged with five counts of wanton endangerment first degree.
