RS Man Arrested Monday and Charged with Offenses Against a Minor

According to reports, 37-year-old Jimmy Hernandez of Russell Springs was charged by Deputy Luke Hughes with Distribution of Obscene Matter to a Minor, first offense, and possessing or viewing matter portraying sexual performance by a minor.

Hernandez was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center by Deputy Hughes around 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
