Kentucky State Police has released an update on a reported double murder-suicide that occurred in Clinton County earlier this week.
State Police say two females, identified as 76-year-old Linda Flowers and 78-year-old Linda Crouch, both of Albany, were found deceased inside a residence located at 194 Lakepoint Drive in Albany Monday morning at around 10:45.
The victims appeared to have received fatal injuries sustained from gunshot wounds, according to state police.
A male identified as 45-year-old Brent Flowers of Albany, was also found deceased on the property outside of the residence. He had sustained an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to KSP.
Detective Josh Dicken, assisted by other KSP Troopers and Detectives, Clinton County Coroner’s Office and Clinton County Sherriff’s Department is continuing the death investigation.
