According to jail records, Cody Mcnay was arrested just before 7:00 pm Friday evening and charged with Reckless driving, No Registration Plates, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree, Police Officer.
Mcnay was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
Deputy Kenny Perkins was the arresting officer.
