Crystal Sue Burton, 37, of Columbia, passed away Monday, June 12th, at home.

Crystal was born in Glasgow, KY on May 9, 1986, a daughter of Julie (Perkins) Jessee and Phillip Dean Burton

Crystal is  survived by

mother Julie Jessee

father Phillip Dean Burton

a daughter, Courtney Foley

two sons Bradley  Allen Foley and Dawson Bailey Foley

a sister, Brittany Nicole Burton

a brother, Justin Dean Burton

She is preceded in death by grandmothers Barbara Sue Miller and Gueta Burton.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 15th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY. with Bro. Bill Mullins officiating.

Friends may visit 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 15th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
