RCMS Football, Girls Basketball pick up wins

The Russell County Middle School Laker Football team improved to 6-1 on the season with a 16-0 win over Clinton County Tuesday night.

The Lakers will be in action next Tuesday hosting Casey County for Homecoming.

The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Basketball teams picked up wins over Wayne County Tuesday night.

The 7th grade Lady Lakers came away with a 35-10 win with Addy Abrell scoring 16 points.

In the 8th grade game, the Lady Lakers came out on top 38-33 with Carigann Carpenter scoring 16 points.
