Russell Springs man arrested by KSP

A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Friday.

Michael C. Chumbley, age 28, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear a seat belt, and failure to appear.

Chumbley was arrested by Trooper Hunter McQueary and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 11 a.m.
