Laker Tennis struggles against Greenwood ; McFall, Grant pick up singles wins

The Laker Tennis team faced some struggles against a talented Greenwood team on Friday.

The Lakers lost all four doubles contests, but picked up two singles wins.

In the boys 1 seed matchup, Russell County’s Lucas McFall defeated Greenwood’s Dylan Detheridge 2 sets to 1.

In girls singles action in the 3 seed matchup, Russell County’s Jasmine Grant defeated Greenwood’s Hope Bush 2 sets to 0.
