Pulaski County authorities have arrested a Somerset man following an investigation into alleged computer-generated child sexual abuse images.
Sheriff Bobby Jones says 19-year-old Dylan J. Bill was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. August 18 and charged with 14 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor under 18. Investigators say Bill was also allegedly in possession of child sexual abuse material.
Bill was arrested without incident at the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center, where he remains on a $10,000 bond.
Detective Jay Picard is leading the ongoing investigation, assisted by Detective Trent Massey and Deputy Noah Dishman.
