Several Weekend Arrests Reported Across the Region

Law enforcement agencies across the Lake Cumberland region reported several arrests over the weekend.

In Russell County, 35-year-old Heidi Flanagan of Russell Springs was arrested Friday night by Sheriff’s Deputy Stone Bolin. She is charged with failure to or improper signal, possession of hydrocodone, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Flanagan was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

In Adair County, Sheriff’s deputies arrested 39-year-old Dustin Stone of Columbia on charges of fourth-degree assault involving domestic violence, resisting arrest, public intoxication, and terroristic threatening. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.

In Cumberland County, 43-year-old Timothy Gilbert of Burkesville was arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department on charges of second-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and menacing. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.

In Casey County, 51-year-old Tammy Crosier Earles of Liberty was arrested late Saturday afternoon by the Casey County Sheriff’s Department. She is charged with bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a persistent felony offender. Earles was lodged in the Casey County Detention Center.

Also in Russell County, 59-year-old Willie Rodgers of Jamestown was arrested late Saturday afternoon by Kentucky State Police Trooper Zach Giles. Rodgers is charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements and was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
