Carolyn J. Collins, 63, of Russell Springs, passed away Wednesday, January 7th, at home.

Carolyn was born in Jamestown, KY on February 15, 1962, a daughter of the late Mary (Conover) and Luther Ashbrook.

She had worked as a head start teacher.

Carolyn is survived by:

husband, Lynn Collins, of Russell Springs, KY.

a daughter, Jennifer McNay, of Russell Springs, KY.

two sons Tim Collins, of Frankfort, KY. Nick Collins, of Russell Springs, KY.

She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Cody McNay, Austin (Sara) McNay, Andrew (Nicole) Collins, Ethan (Sam) Collins, Elijah (Sarah) Collins, and Peyton Collins, 2 nephews Eddie Ashbrook and Justin Lee.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Diana Atchley, and brother Alan Ashbrook.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 10th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Eric Antle officiating.

Public Visitation will be held 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 9th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.

Burial in the Collins Warriner Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.
