A Pulaski County man was arrested on multiple charges over the weekend.
Russell Springs Police arrested 47-year-old Billy Bailey Friday night. Bailey was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, and prescription controlled substance not in the proper container.
Bailey also had an indictment warrant for theft by unlawful taking.
He was arrested by Officer Brenton Llane with the Russell Springs Police Department. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 9:15 Friday night.
