RCMS Basketball sweeps Clinton County

November 4, 2025 Zac Oakes Local Sports

The Russell County Middle School Basketball teams swept Clinton County at home last night.

6th grade won 24-14.

7th grade won 38-23.

8th grade won 46-23.

All three teams are now 2-0 to start the season.

The Lakers are back in action tonight, playing on the road at Adair County. Those games getting underway at 5:00 this evening.

She also explains the convenience of the screening process and thanks the Russell County School System and hospital staff for helping make the event a success.
