NJROTC students say organization provides opportunities and preparation for the future

Continuing our look at the Russell County Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp program, students in the program recently spoke to WJRS News about how NJROTC is preparing them for the future.

For Alexis Chandler, NJROTC has provided a number of growth opportunities both personally and within the program.

Senior Kairi Johnson said NJROTC has helped prepare her for a future career as a mental health therapist.

The NJROTC program is led by Dennis Kiser and Rex Boblett.
