Two Pulaski men arrested for sexual abuse of a minor in separate incidents

Two Pulaski County men, each charged with sexual abuse involving a minor in separate incidents, were arrested this week.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said 58-year-old Alvaro Noguera Mera of Somerset was arrested following an incident earlier this month and charged with sexual abuse first degree.

The sheriff’s office also arrested 58-year-old Thomas Tygart of Burnside on an indictment warrant. Tygart was indicted on a charge of sexual abuse first degree for an incident that occurred in September.

Both men were lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
