A Russell Springs man was arrested on burglary and drug charges yesterday.
Russell Springs Police arrested 37-year-old Damon L. Ballenger yesterday afternoon. He’s charged with burglary second degree, possession of a controlled substance first degree – drug unspecified, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, criminal mischief second degree, and possession of burglary tools.
Ballenger was arrested by Officer Vance Davis with the Russell Springs Police Department. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 4:30 yesterday afternoon.
