Russell County Hospital is looking at how it could improve security at the local healthcare facility.
Hospital CEO Scott Thompson said it’s something hospital administration has been looking at for a while and he’s hopeful a grant could help address the issue.
The COPS grant is federally funded through the United States Justice Department.
