Carolyn Neal, 69, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, May 23rd, at Summit Manor Nursing Home.

Carolyn was born in Jamestown, KY on September 14, 1955, a daughter of the late Rosetta (Siler) and Ezra Neal.

Carolyn is survived by
two brothers, Harry Neal, of Cunningham, TN; Jimmy Neal, of Jamestown, KY, as well as other famiy and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother David Neal, sister Millie Neal, niece Millie Carol.

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday May 27th, 1:00 PM at the Rexroat Cemetery.

Burial in the Rexroat Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.
