Hospital expansion aims to increase space in admissions area

Russell County Hospital’s planned expansion is expected to include a larger admissions area.

Hospital CEO Scott Thompson said more space in the admissions area is badly needed at the hospital.

Site and foundation work on the hospital expansion project is expected to begin within the next 60 days.
