Fourth person injured in Somerset house fire dies

The fourth person who was injured in a house fire in Somerset two weeks ago has passed away.

53-year-old Brian Puteet passed away last Friday at the University of Louisville Hospital from injuries sustained in the fire.

The fire occurred March 18 at a home on Parkers Mill Road. Brian Puteet reportedly escaped through a window after suffering severe injuries and was transported to Louisville for treatment.

Three other individuals died as a result of the fire as well. 78-year-old Norma Dean Putteet, 55-year-old Jerry Todd Putteet, and 17-year-old BriLee Kay Putteet were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Brilee Kay Putteet was a student at Southwestern High School.
