Russell County man arrested in Adair County

A Russell County man was arrested in Adair County over the weekend on a theft charge.

33-year-old Timothy Scott Biggers was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with theft of a firearm.

Bigger was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just before 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
