One person was killed and another was arrested on a charge of vehicular homicide following a two vehicle wreck in Pulaski County early Sunday morning.
State Police say a Jeep Wrangler, being operated by 19 year old Kayleigh Dismuke, of the Eubank community of Pulaski county, was traveling northbound on highway 27 when her vehicle struck a moped, also traveling northbound, which was being operated by 31 year old Dino Collins of Cincinnati. Collins was ejected from the moped, transported to the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead by the Pulaski County Coroner.
Dimuke was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. She was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
