Mary Ann Rogers, also known as Mary Ann Sullivan, of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in a controlled substance – third degree, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication of a controlled substance. The trafficking charges are enhanced due to the accused being in possession of a firearm at the time.

WJRS News would like to remind our readers an indictment is a legal accusation. It does not imply guilt or innocence.
