The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Soccer team is continuing its winning ways, picking up back-to-back victories this week.
Monday night, the Lady Lakers defeated Whitley County 9-2 with Addison Coffey scoring 5 goals, Bella Blakey scoring 3, and Jayde Lawless adding 1 goal.
Blakey and Lawless each finished with a pair of assists, and Misha Gregory finished the night with 5 saves.
The Lady Lakers then defeated North Laurel last night, winning 4-0.
Coffey scored a pair of goals to lead Russell County, while Lawless and Mykaela Bevans each added a goal.
Gregory had 7 saves for the Lady Lakers.
