A Russell Springs man was arrested on charges of trespassing and voyeurism by Russell Springs Police yesterday evening.
According to jail records, 30-year-old Kyle Montgomery was arrested and charged with voyeurism and criminal trespassing – first degree.
Montgomery was arrested by Russell Springs Police Officer Vance Davis and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 5:40 yesterday evening.
