The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Basketball team took two of three games over Casey County last Thursday.
The 8th grade team won 37-11 with Addison Coffey and Dori Ballou leading the way with 12 and 10 points, respectively.
The 7th grade team also picked up a victory, winning 25-11. Bianca Coffey led the scoring with 9 points, followed by Lyndon Kate Wilson with 6.
The Lady Lakers fell to the Lady Rebels in the 6th grade game by a score of 20-10.
