Meet the Lakers will take place this evening at Russell County High School’s Finley Field.
The gates will open at 5 p.m. with the event starting at 6.
There will be special introductions of the Russell County High School and Middle School football teams, as well as performances from the high school and middle school cheer temas.
The Russell County Youth league will also be recognized, and food trucks and vendors selling Laker gear will be on hand.
The event is open to the public.
