Papa John’s – 98 percent – Wall in poor repair and improper brush used for butter
Little Man’s Coffee and Donuts – 100 percent
Giovanni’s Pizza – 94 percent – Hard to reach areas of floor unclean, pizza dough machine has build-up, mop sink not working, wall in poor repair, ice build-up inside countertop refrigerator, and vent hood in need of cleaning
