A Russell Springs man was arrested Thursday night by Kentucky State Police on possession of meth and other charges, according to jail records.
Johnathan Kent Stephens, age 37, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear seat belts, failure to appear, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Stephens was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center shortly after 11 p.m. last night.
