A Russell Springs man was arrested last Friday afternoon by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on a receiving stolen property charge, according to jail records.
Kolby S. Conner, age 25, was charged with receiving stolen property (over $500 but less than $1,0000) and for contempt of court.
Conner was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
