Russell Springs man arrested for indecent exposure, public intoxication

A Russell Springs man was arrested Saturday morning for indecent exposure and public intoxication of a controlled substance, according to Russell Springs Police.

Just before 8 a.m. Saturday, Russell Springs Police Department Lieutenant Bobby Pritchard was dispatched to the area of Bottoms Road and Milton Heights regarding a male subject reportedly “running around a field naked.”

Upon Lt. Pritchard’s arrival, he made contact with the male with the subject telling Pritchard he had “done methamphetamine.”

William Cody Robertson, age 29, was taken into custody and charged with Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol) and Indecent Exposure, 2nd Degree. He was also served with an outstanding warrant.

Robertson was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
