In an executive order Monday afternoon, Russell County Judge-Executive Randy Marcum ordered all state and county flags to be flown at half staff, beginning today and running through sunset on Thursday, April 20th.
The order was made in honor of Valerie Baker, the Russell County E-911 dispatcher who passed away over the weekend following a medical incident late last week.
