The free notification system keeps citizens updated on important community information when it matters most. Subscribers can receive alerts about boil water advisories, water outages, street closures, emergency notifications, and community news and events directly on their devices.
City officials say Reach Alert is designed to provide timely information during emergencies as well as routine updates that may impact residents.
Signing up is simple. Residents can scan the QR code featured on the city’s promotional materials using their smartphone camera, visit www.reachalert.com to register online, or contact Russell Springs City Hall for assistance with the sign-up process.
Anyone needing help can call City Hall at (270) 866-3981, where staff will be happy to assist with registration.
