The Russell Springs Police Department arrested a Willisburg man last night.
According to jail records, 33-year-old Marcus Tucker was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tucker was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 9:19 p.m. yesterday.
