RS firefighters complete search and rescue training program

Thirteen members of the Russell Springs Volunteer Fire Department recently completed a comprehensive training program in search and rescue techniques. The training, which lasted approximately three hours, covered a wide range of essential skills that are critical in emergency response situations.

Firefighters received instruction in a variety of search and rescue techniques, including basic search procedures, rescue equipment and tools, and communication strategies.

The training was conducted by experienced professionals in the field of emergency response and was designed to give local firefighters the skills and knowledge needed to handle a variety of emergency situations.
