The Russell County Middle School Softball team jumped out to an early lead en route to an 18-0 win over Hart County last night.
Addy Abrell, Madelyn Roy, Lillian Davis, and Makayla Bennett drove in two runs each in the win.
Roy and Davis combined to pitch a one-hit shutout for the Lady Lakers.
The Lady Lakers are back in action Thursday at Southern Middle School.
